Foot care is essential as the healthy foot not only enhances beauty but also makes a strong support for the body.

Regular scrubbing ,washing and moisturizing should be made apart of the routine.

Soaking feet in lukewarm water to which common salt is added relieves stress and relaxes body and foot.




Some dips for the feet:

  • Milk
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
Add these ingredients in warm water and dip your feet in it for 20 min.Then wipe and apply moisturizer to it.

  • Olive oil
  • orange juice
  • bleaching powder(available with the bleach creme)
Add all of these and soak feet in water ,Then scrub and wipe feet specially between the fingers and apply almond oil and sleep comfortably.

  • Glycerine
  • lemon juice
  • salt
Dip feet in this water and then scrub it with oatmeal mixed with cream .rinse apply talcum and relax.
Sweaty feet!

To cure sweaty foot remain away from stress.
Wearing of proper fitted shoes with cotton socks also helps in such situation.
Avoid wearing shoes made of rubber and synthetic material.
Wash shoes regularly and sun-dry them.

Home remedies:

  • Used tea-leaves and tea bags boiled in water and add lime juice to it. soak your feet into it.
  • Baking soda mixed with salt will also help and fight infections.
  • Ginger crushed and boiled in water will help.
  • Make a spray by crushing dry orange peels,lemon peels and dry rose petals to which glycerin is also added.Put in a spray and spray on dry foot to fight that odor!!
